Rule 162
Regular users of the court

(1) The court will grant recognition as a regular user to a person who is an heir in three or more different cases.
(2) Regular users of the court must be registered with the court.
(3) For the purpose of sub-rule (2), the regular user of the court shall submit an application to the Chief Registrar with his name, surname, nationality, age, father's or mother's name, surname and two copies of his photograph attached.
(4) If an application is received in accordance with sub-rule (3), the chief registrar will register the name of the regular user of the court in the records of the court after conducting the necessary investigation.
(5) According to sub-rule (4), the regular user of the court who is registered in the court records will be provided with an identity card in the format prescribed by the court.
(6) The identity card as per sub-rule (5) shall be worn by the regular user of the court in such a way that it can be seen by all when entering the premises of the court.
